The second edition of the CopernicusLAC Hackathon will take place from 18 July to 6 August 2025!
This multi-week online event will bring together bright minds from Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond to co-create innovative solutions leveraging Copernicus Earth Observation data.
Under the theme of disaster risk reduction (DRR), participants will tackle real-world challenges through three core tracks:
- Protecting Cities from Hazards
- Strengthening Rural Communities and Ecosystems
- Promoting Long-Term Resilience
