Within this use case three services for dynamic characterisation of urban land in terms of building height, population density, and built-up area tracking will be demonstrated. These will leverage advanced geospatial data analyses and Machine Learning techniques based on satellite imagery (Copernicus Sentinel-2 and VIIRS) and ancillary open data (OpenStreetMap, World Settlement Footprint).
